Lambert Li - Organizational Theory

Lambert graduated in 2017. His research field was Organizational Theory, and his senior thesis was entitled “Categorizing and Categories of Corporate Social Responsibility”. As a Berkeley student he received five research assistantships in the sociology, business, and engineering departements, as well as a position in the Berkeley Law School as a member of the Undergraduate Research Apprenticeship Program (URAP). He also had a paper publised by the Berkeley Economic Review, presented a paper at the Sociological Symposium, and served as editor of the Undergraduate Sociology Journal. He is currently a management trainee at Hainan Airlines, and plans to apply to sociology or organizational behavior PhD programs in the near future.
